Submittal Procedures
- If you have received funding from Near & Far Aid, you must submit a Post Grant Evaluation. No further funding will be considered without this report. We strongly suggest submitting your Post Grant Evaluation and any new request for funding via our online grant application, well before September 15th, so that we may respond to you with any questions you might have.
- To submit your Post Grant Evaluation, please use the same userid and password as you used for submitting any previous grant application. Please email GrantInfo@nearandfar.org
to receive your agency’s user id and password. If you already have a user id and password from a previous grant application, you do not need a new one.
- After receiving a user id and password, please fill out the online Post Grant Evaluation Form in its entirety.
- If you are requesting additional funding, please complete and submit a new Grant Application.
Once you have obtained your user id and password, come back to this page and click on the link below to go to the Post Grant Evaluation login screen. In order to save time, we recommend downloading a copy of our application first, filling it out offline and then cutting and pasting it onto our online Post Grant Evaluation form. By saving the Microsoft Word version to your computer first, you will be less likely to time out when you are on-line and will also have a copy of your Post Grant Evaluation for your reference.
To download a copy of the Post Grant Evaluation Form, click on any of the links below and choose the option "Save As". Post Grant Evaluations will only be accepted through the online application process. Mailed Evaluations will not be considered. If your organization does not have the capability to apply on-line, please e-mail our Projects Review Chairman at GrantInfo@nearandfar.org to learn how to obtain help to prior to September 1st.

- The user id and password are case sensitive.
- Fields do not accept bullet points or excess text.
